Throughout the years, we have received comments from our customers and third parties in the industry, about what they call our “special” team or our “special customized service.

This year, we decided to have a brain storming session and share our impressions about the Birdwell identity, values and company culture.
The results were fascinating, as participants used different words to define what turns out to be the same company spirit. The conclusion was that we have a strong company culture, but that we have not clearly expressed it.

Today, the Birdwell Spirit has been clearly defined and is shared with all our staff and Birdwell partners.
Building the Birdwell Spirit forms part of our competitive advantage, which will lie in the strength of our company culture and the quality of our staff to deliver service that is not merely good, but great!
