SubjectDriving a change of culture in language training and maintaining a level of socio-professional English

Lunch and Learn sessions provide a great opportunity to speak in English with different colleagues on different professional themes. I would recommend it without hesitation. - Yannick L. - Project Manager

Our client is a French designer and manufacturer of sports and leisure equipment created in 1930 and one of the pioneers of outdoor sports equipment. The group has eight production sites: four in France, one in Hungary, one in Tunisia, one in Morocco and one in China. Approximately 60 % of turnover is made on the French market.
Employees are accustomed to individual programs in English. Faced with this culture and with a limited training budgetthe client asked Birdwell to design a training program to help employees maintain their level of English in an atmosphere that was both relaxed and structured to encourage language training in a group.
