  The DIF
    Eligibility
Almost all private sector employees working on an open-ended contract and with at least one year's service in the company, have the right to a personal training program - the DIF (Droit Individuel à la Formation).

Each year, employees working full time on an open-ended contract are credited with 20 hours on their DIF account, which they can accumulate up to a total of 120 hours. For part-time employees or employees with a fixed-term contract (CDD- Contrat à Durée Déterminée), the hours are calculated on a pro rata basis. Some industry collective agreements make provision for a greater number of hours.

    How it works
While the employee makes the initial request for training, he must obtain the company's agreement. The final choice of training program is arrived at by mutual consent.
DIF training courses generally take place outside working hours.

    Our programs
With more than 20 years' experience in the field, our wide range of training solutions in English has been designed with maximum trainee learning and progress in mind.
Our programs take place either in France or abroad. We can also tailor the number of hours of course time per week depending on your length of stay (20-30 hours per week).
