Our language trainers must have an excellent command of linguistics, but also be skilled and experienced teachers.
You speak the language you are intending to teach as your mother tongue and have a university first degree. You preferably have some professional experience in an area other than teaching and at least two years' experience in language training for professionals.
You will follow a week's training course to familiarize yourself with our company culture and our methods; this will lead to a trial period during which we will observe some of your classes and obtain feedback on your work from our students.
During your first three months at Birdwell Institute, you will be assigned a tutor (a senior trainer) who will assist you as you integrate the company.
We are also looking for senior staff with postgraduate degrees (of the MBA type) and management experience who are able to offer high-powered training courses in a variety of management-related subjects.
